1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FanvueCRM platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Streamline Media FZ-LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered in Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates, under Trade Licence No. 17008199.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FanvueCRM is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for content creators. The Service provides tools for fan management, AI-powered messaging assistance, analytics, team management, and related functionality. FanvueCRM integrates with third-party platforms through publicly available APIs.

Important: FanvueCRM is an independent product developed by Streamline Media FZ-LLC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Fanvue or its parent company in any way.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription plans, pricing, and features are described on our Pricing page. All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal or by contacting us.
• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service.
• Upload or distribute malicious software through the Service.
• Violate the terms of any third-party platform you access through the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Streamline Media FZ-LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREAMLINE MEDIA FZ-LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@fanvuecrm.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the RAKEZ arbitration tribunal or competent courts in Ras Al Khaimah.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
