1. Overview

At FanvueCRM (operated by Streamline Media FZ-LLC), we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund.

2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with FanvueCRM, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. This applies to first-time subscribers only.

  • The 7-day period begins on the date of your first payment.
  • To request a refund, email us at support@fanvuecrm.com with your account details.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within the current billing period.
  • You can resubscribe at any time from the pricing page.

4. Plan Changes

If you upgrade or downgrade your plan:

  • Upgrades: The price difference is prorated and charged immediately. You gain immediate access to the new plan features.
  • Downgrades: The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the current cycle.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 7-day satisfaction guarantee period.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Renewal charges (as subscriptions auto-renew — please cancel before the renewal date).
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date is not grounds for a refund.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests outside of the standard policy on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as extended service outages or billing errors. These requests are handled at our sole discretion.
